Conceptual and Tender Design

Based on the Master plan created and project objectives defined by clients, Gherzi's team develops conceptual drawings to ensure alignment of design with key objectives set by the Client and ensure its implementation through subsequent design stages. Tender designs and documents are developed based on the final approved conceptual drawings. Our services include delivery of civil/ mechanical/ electrical deliverables projects. Gherzi's team provides support through the tendering process for appointment of various contractors including, but not limited to civil contractors, electrical and mechanical package vendors for boilers, compressors, thermic fluid heaters, diesel generators, transformers, control panels, elevators, fume extraction systems, pumping systems, piping systems, lighting, fire alarm system (FAS), public address systems (PAS),  lightning protection, mechanical and electrical installation contractors, etc.
